Return policy
At Aubrey’s Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for returns
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return process
1. Register your return by contacting info@aubreysboutique.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You must return the item entirely at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
